'We are thrilled to appoint Allison as Chairwoman of Women in Localization,' said Eva Klaudinyova, Co-Founder of Women in Localization. Her knowledge, skills and expertise will help us continue to build our momentum and impact on women in the localization industry.'

McDougall commented, 'As a current board member, I have long admired Women in Localization's leadership in the growing localization market and the value they provide for the advancement of women. I look forward to working with the organization on priorities for the coming year and to continue sharing best practices and ideas to further advance women's careers in our industry.'
