LINCOLN VENTURES : ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF LETTER OF INTENT TO ACQUIRE DIMENSIONALMECHANICS, INC. AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

British Columbia - Lincoln Ventures Ltd. (TSX-V: LX.H) ('Lincoln' or the 'Company') announces that the binding letter of intent with Dimensional Mechanics, Inc., a private developer of A.I. technology, has expired.

In conjunction with this development, John McCoach, Eileen Au, Dela Salem and Emma Espinosa have resigned from the Board of Directors. The Company would like to thank them for their efforts. The current Board of Directors is comprised of John Proust, Murray Flanigan and Vince Boon.

The Company is actively considering new opportunities.
