ACA Inc. along with Tokyo Tatemono ACA Investment Limited Partnership signed the capital alliance agreement to acquire 16.7% stake in Sunrise Villa, K.K. from ACA Healthcare Reorganization No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, a fund of ACA Inc. and J-COM Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2462) on July 31, 2014. Under the terms of the deal, shares to be acquired are 1740. After the transaction, ACA Healthcare Reorganization No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership will come to hold 64.2% and J-Com Holdings 3% stake. For the period ended September 2013, Sunrise Villa had net assets of 11.9 million, total assets of 2.22 billion, sales of 3.55 billion, operating loss of 28.97 million, ordinary loss of 60.17 million and net loss of 61.22 million. The tentative share acquisition date is August 28, 2014.
