On January 21, 2020, George Sent, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Lifeway Foods, Inc. (the "Company") and the Board's Audit and Corporate Governance Committee, notified the Company of his intention to resign effective January 24, 2020. Mr. Sent did not advise the Company or the Board of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
