Lifetime Brands, Inc. revised earnings guidance for year ending December 31, 2021. For the year, the company expects net sales to be in the range of $870 million to $890 million, income from operations to be in the range of $55 million to $58.5 million, net income is expected to be in the range of $28.1 million to $30.8 million. and diluted earnings per common share to be in the range of $1.28 per share to $1.40 per share.

The Company's product categories include two categories of products used to prepare, serve, and consume foods, including Kitchenware (kitchen tools and gadgets, cutlery, kitchen scales, thermometers, cutting boards, shears, cookware, pantry ware, spice racks and bakeware) and Tableware (dinnerware, stemware, flatware, and giftware). Its Home Solutions category includes products used in the home (thermal beverageware, bath scales, weather and outdoor household products, food storage, neoprene travel products and home decor). Its brands include Farberware, Mikasa, KitchenAid, Taylor, BUILT NY, KitchenCraft, Kamenstein, Pfaltzgraff, Rabbit, and MasterClass.
