NOTICE TO WARRANTHOLDERS IN RELATION TO THE WARRANTS ADJUSTMENTS

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the announcement made on 14 and 19 December 2018 ("Earlier Announcements").

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Deed Poll, the Rights Issue, as disclosed in the Earlier Announcements, constitutes an event giving rise to an adjustment to the exercise price and the number of the Existing Warrants (the "Warrants Adjustments").

NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN THAT the register of warrantholders of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 17 January 2019 for the purpose of determining the issue and allotment of the Additional Warrants arising from the Warrants Adjustments on the basis of the number of Existing Warrants standing to the credit of their securities accounts with CDP as at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 17 January 2019.

For practical reasons and in order to avoid any violation of the relevant legislation applicable in countries other than Singapore, the Additional Warrants will NOT be offered to warrantholders with registered addressed outside Singapore as at 17 January 2019 and who have not, at least three (3) market days prior thereto, provided CDP addresses in Singapore for the service of notices and documents.

Documents Available for Inspection

The following documents may be inspected at the office of the Company's Warrant Agent, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services at 80 Robinson Road, #11-02, Singapore 068898 during normal business hours from the date of this announcement up to the date so long as any of the Existing Warrants remains exercisable:

• (a) Deed Poll; and

• (b) A signed copy of the certificate of the Company's auditors, Mazars LLP, certifying the Warrants Adjustments.
