Liberty Flour Mills, Inc. at the organizational meeting elected David Ng as Chairman, Benjamin Jalandoni and Jose A. Feria Jr. as members of Audit Committee. Jose A. Feria Jr. is elected as Chairman, Vicente S. Vargas and John Carlos Uy are elected as members of Nominations Committee. John Carlos Uy is elected as Chairman, David Ng, Jose Ma. S. Lopez and William Ang are elected as members of Compensation and Remunerations Committee.
