LBC Express Holdings, Inc. (PSE:LBC) acquired Mermaid Co., Ltd. from Tsukasa Takahashi, Mediatrix Takahashi and Eiichi Gotoh for $0.2 million on October 31, 2019. As per the terms, consideration will be payable in cash and LBC Express Holdings, Inc. will acquire 180 shares at $1,111.11 per share of Tsukasa Takahashi, Mediatrix Takahashi and Eiichi Gotoh in Mermaid Co., Ltd. The transaction is subject to approval of Board of Directors and relevant government agencies. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of LBC Express Holdings, Inc. on October 31, 2019. The acquisition is expected to benefit LBC Express by contributing to the global revenue stream of LBC Express.
