                    Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
                    Officers.

On December 23, 2020, Las Vegas Sands Corp. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Report") to disclose that on December 22, 2020 the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") elected Nora M. Jordan as a new member of the Board, effective January 1, 2021. Ms. Jordan had not been appointed to any committee of the Board as of the Original Report.

The Company is filing this amendment to the Original Report to disclose that on January 6, 2021, the Board appointed Ms. Jordan to serve as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee, effective immediately.
