Land and Houses Public Company Limited Appoints Kluaymai Devahastin as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee

Land & Houses Public Company Limited at board of directors meeting held on July 4, 2024 passed a resolution to appoint Miss. Kluaymai Devahastin to be a director, an Independent director, Chairman of the audit committee to replace Mrs. Chadanuch Meepien who resigned. This will be effective from 4 July 2024 onwards.
