Kyushu Financial Group, Inc. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2020. For the six months, on consolidated basis, the company reported ordinary income was JPY 89,776 million compared to JPY 84,545 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPY 13,003 million compared to JPY 16,264 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 9,223 million compared to JPY 11,162 million a year ago. Earnings per share was JPY 20.96 compared to JPY 24.72 a year ago.
For the six months, on non-consolidated basis, the company reported operating revenue was JPY 4,518 million compared to JPY 3,656 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 3,436 million compared to JPY 2,622 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 3,521 million compared to JPY 2,656 million a year ago. Earnings per share was JPY 8.00 compared to JPY 5.88 a year ago.
Kyushu Financial Group Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of financial services such as banking business, leasing business, credit card business, credit guarantee business and financial product transaction business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Banking segment is engaged in the deposit business, lending business, foreign exchange business, securities business, among others.
