Kyodo Printing Co., Ltd. (TSE:7914) announces an share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase 450,000 shares, representing 5.24% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder returns by implementing a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and enhancing capital efficiency. The program will run until May 31, 2021. As of September 30, 2020, the company had 8,589,342 shares outstanding and 430,658 shares in treasury.
