Kurganmashzavod OAO (Kurganskiy mashinostroitel'nyi zavod OAO or Kurgan Machine-Building Plant OJSC or Kurganmashzavod OJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in manufacture of both military equipment and civilian industry products. The production of military vehicles consists of BMP-2 and BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles, BREM-L armored recovery vehicle, universal chassis based on BMP-3, among others. A range of civilian products includes multifunctional small size skid-steer loaders with different hitches, snow and marsh all-terrain vehicles, car trailers. The Company operates through several subsidiaries and affiliated companies and provides products to domestic and foreign markets including Venezuela, South Korea, Azerbaijan, Kuwait, Iraq, among others. Kurganmashzavod OAO is a part of Kontsern Traktornye Zavody OOO. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Spetsial?noe Konstruktorskoe Byuro Mashinostroeniya OAO.
