KS Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share for stockholders of record as of April 29, 2024 with payment to be made on May 9, 2024. This is an increase of approximately 30.0% from the dividend paid in the first quarter of 2023 and a 4.0% increase from the dividend paid for the fourth quarter of 2023.
KS Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company offers a range of personal and business banking products and services, mortgage products and trust services. The Company operates through its subsidiary, KS Bank, Inc. (the Bank), which conducts its operations through nine full-service branch offices in Kenly, Goldsboro, Wilson, Garner, Selma, Clayton, Wendell, Four Oaks and Smithfield, North Carolina, as well as a loan production office in Dunn.
