Plant Farm Co., Ltd. announced private placement of 23,300 common shares at a price of KRW 128,764 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 3,000,201,200 to new investor Kolmar BNH Co., Ltd. on July 15, 2021. The shares will be issued at premium to par value of KRW 5,000 per share. The number of shares increased from 621,291 shares to 644,591 shares. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company. The securities are issued through third party allotment.
