Knowit Aktiebolag Approves Dividend, Payable on May 9, 2022 and on November 21, 2022

Knowit Aktiebolag (publ) at its annual general meeting held on May 2, 2022 approved dividend of SEK 7 per share divided on two occasions of SEK 3.50 per share and dividend occasion. The record dates for the dividend shall be May 4, 2022 and November 16, 2022. The dividend is expected to be distributed through Euroclear Sweden AB on May 9, 2022 and on November 21, 2022.
