KleanNara Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive KRW 40 billion in funding from KDB Capital Corporation, Investment Arm, NH-LB Growth Champ 2011-4 PEF, and other investor.

KleanNara Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A004540) announced a private placement of 8,000,000 preferred shares at KRW 5,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 40,000,000,000 on February 4, 2013. New investors, NH-LB Growth Champ 2011-4 PEF will invest for 4,000,000 preferred shares and KOFC Shinhan Frontier Champ 2010-4 PEF and KDB Capital Corp. will invest for 2,000,000 preferred shares each.

The company will issue shares through third party allotment. The shares issued will have a lock up period of one year. The transaction was approved at the company's board of directors meeting.

The payment date is February 19, 2013.
