Kiang Huat Sea Gull Trading Frozen Food Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The principal activities of the Company are frozen seafood manufacturing, frozen storage and manufacturing. The Company produces shrimp and squid raw materials, such as head-on, shell-on shrimp; headless shrimp; peeled deveined or undeveined shrimp; frozen live shrimp; frozen cooked live shrimp; whole clean squid; whole clean cuttlefish; whole clean octopus; baby octopus; and squid ring and tentacle. The Company’s preliminary processing includes preserving the whole head, removing the head, or peeling the head and peeling into a product in various forms as the customer requires. After that, it will be subjected to a technical freezing process in order to preserve the value and taste of the product in a fresh and clean condition to consumers. The Company uses two freezing systems: contact plate freezing system and tunnel freezing system.
