The Company's principal activities are the construction, development and sale of residential houses and apartments and the development and sale of land plots. Its projects include Kelsey Palace, Nugegoda and Central Park, Ja Ela. Its Kelsey Palace project is located at Nugegoda with approximately 10 residential floors with 120 designed apartment units along with 03 car park levels. The Company's apartments range from designed studio units, 02- and 03-bedrooms ones as well, comprising a living room, pantry and dining room and with balcony. It provides amenities, such as gym, rooftop swimming pool, walking track, individual car park, central gas system and 24-hour generator back-up power. The Company's Central Park project is located at Ja Ela, with amenities that include a gymnasium, outdoor pool, club house, natural ponds, garden areas, jogging track, yoga studio, wellness center, supermarket and cafe and day care center.
