Keihan Holdings Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings for the six months ended September 30, 2017. For the period, the company's operating revenue was JPY 143,752 million compared to JPY 141,157 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 15,740 million compared to JPY 17,316 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 14,854 million compared to JPY 16,303 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 12,532 million or JPY 116.90 per diluted share compared to JPY 12,046 million or JPY 112.21 per diluted share a year ago.
The company provided earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2018. For the year, the company expected operating revenue of JPY 315,000 million, operating income of JPY 30,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 28,000 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 22,000 million or JPY 205.22 per share.
