An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire 44.62% stake in AHA Green Tech Co., Ltd. from KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009440) in cash on November 4, 2016. KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. will sell 1.04 million shares. Board of Directors of KC Green Holdings made a resolution in favor of the transaction on November 4, 2016.
