MB Shiroyama Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A024840) agreed to acquire an additional 14.34% stake in Mobo Co., Ltd for KRW 44.7 billion on April 16, 2012. MB Shiroyama will acquire 1.62 million shares of Mobo. Post transaction, MB Shiroyama will hold 14.79% stake in Mobo. The transaction is expected to close on April 16, 2012.
