Kato Works Co., Ltd. (TSE:6390) agreed to acquire TE · S Co., Ltd. from Total Education Co., Ltd. on July 26, 2018. After the transaction, TE?S Co., Ltd. will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kato Works Co., Ltd.
