The Board of Directors' meeting no. 2/2017 of Kaset Thai International Sugar Corporation Public Company Limited ("the Company") , held on 12 May 2017, resolved to approve the following material matters:

Approved the appointment of Mr.Kunihiko Tahara as member of the Board of Directors in replacement of Mr.Shunsuke Tsujiyama who resigned, effective from 12 May 2017 onwards In this regard, after the appointment of new director the Company will have 15 directors in total as follows :
