Sub: Clarification Non submission of UDIN in Limited Review Reports by Statutory Auditors

Dear Sir,

With reference to the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results 2022 for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 submitted on 03rd August, and the clarification raised by you regarding non submission of UDIN on Limited Review Reports on 05/09/2022, this is to bring into your kind information that, as informed to us by the Statutory Auditors, there was some technical problem in the UDIN portal due to which the name of Auditors Firm was not visible on the UDIN. Although, the UDIN were generated but had to be revoked. Hence, UDIN was not provided by the Statutory Auditor and due to limitation of time limit we had submitted the Limited Review Reports without UDIN.

Statutory Auditor had raised the Ticket and after resolution of problem both UDINs were again generated within the permissible time limit as under:

UDIN Limited Review Report Standalone: 22401701AODYUP6715

UDIN Limited Review Report Consolidated: 22401701ARDWVU1978

Please also find attached herewith the email from our Statutory Auditors providing the clarification in this regard.

Dear Sir

As was informed on the day of the Board meetng, there was a technical error in the UDIN site owing to which the name of the CA frm was not getng displayed in "member details" tab. The UDIN was generated on the same day for the standalone LLR when the error was notced. The same is enclosed.

The error tcket is also enclosed for reference.

Thereafer the UDIN for the consolidated LLR was generated and had to be revoked for the same reason. The fresh UDIN (WITHIN THE PERMITTED TIME OF 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF ISSUE OF CERTIFICATE) is enclosed.
