K.S. TERMINALS INC. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and distribution of electronic terminals. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture and trading of terminals related plastic products, machineries, wires and accessories. The Company mainly operates through three business segments. The Taiwan K.S. Operation segment is mainly engaged in the sales businesses in Taiwan, Europe and the Americas. The Suzhou K.S. Operation segment is mainly engaged in the sales businesses in the Mainland China. The Others segment is mainly engaged in the provision of management and coordination services between group companies. The Company mainly distributes its products in Taiwan, the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe and other markets.
