in terms of net revenue, presents a summary of the report
published by ISS (an independent proxy advisor that
provides vote recommendations to institutional investors)
in regard to the Company's Extraordinary
Shareholders' Meeting, to be held in São Paulo on
January 9, 2012. In addition to other matters, the Meeting
will deliberate on the merger of Simpar Concessionárias by
JSL.
Consequently and according with the report, ISS RECOMMENDS
that investors VOTE IN FAVOR of all the items proposed by
JSL's Management.
