JPMorgan Elect plc Declares Quarterly Interim Dividend on Managed Income Shares for the Second Quarter to 29 February 2016, Payable on 23 March 2016

The Directors of JPMorgan Elect plc have declared a quarterly interim dividend of 0.85 pence per Managed Income share, for the second quarter to 29 February 2016. The dividend will be paid on 23 March 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 February 2016 (ex dividend date 18 February 2016).
