JJ Auto AG: Allotment criteria in connection with the IPO

Berlin, June 04, 2014 - JJ Auto AG (together with its subsidiaries hereinafter "JJ Auto"), a dynamically growing manufacturer and supplier of automotive parts for commercial and heavy-duty vehicles in the Chinese market, announces the allotment criteria in the context of its IPO. About 99 per cent of the total number of 100,240 placed shares were allotted to retail investors. All subscription orders at a price of 7.17 Euros or 29.99 Polish Zlotys and above received full allocation.

The allotment within the scope of the offering to retail investors was carried out in compliance with the Principles for the Allotment of Share Issues to Private Investors issued by the Exchange Experts Commission (BSK) at the German Federal Ministry of Finance. The allotment was in accordance with uniform criteria (standardized allotment) for all retail investors.

There was no preferential allotment to members of the executive bodies of JJ Auto AG or their relatives or to employees or business partners of JJ Auto AG.
