BUSINESS UPDATE

This is a voluntary announcement made by Yuhua Energy Holdings Limited (the ''Company''), together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'').

The Company has entered into contracts regarding sale of fuel oil products with 5, 1, and 6 new customers in September, October and November 2019 respectively. In order to diversify risk, the Company has entered into contracts with 28, 10 and 6 new fuel oil products suppliers in September, October and November 2019 respectively.

The unaudited sales figures of the Company in September to November 2019 are as follows.
