(SZSE:002591) signed a framework agreement to acquire 84% stake in Changsha Qire Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Cao Zhenjun and Dai Jvsheng for approximately CNY 250 million on January 10, 2018. The consideration will be paid in cash. The Board of Directors of Jiangxi Hengda Hi-Tech Co.,Ltd. approved the acquisition on January 10, 2018.
JIANGXI HENGDA HI-TECH CO.,LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of industrial anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion products, as well as the provision of technical services. The Company's main products and services include Hengda Supersonic (HDS) arc spraying products, flame spraying products, plasma spraying products, mold technology (MT) series wear-resistant ceramics, monomer casting (MC) series wear-resistant materials, hard surface surfacing repair products, cold metal transfer (CMT) welding products and environmental engineering.
