ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN OF SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE

Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that at the eighth meeting of the eighth session of the supervisory committee (the "Supervisory Committee") of the Company convened on 23 September 2020, Mr. Guan Yongmin was elected as the chairman of the eighth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company.

The biographical details of Mr. Guan Yongmin and other information in relation to his appointment as a supervisor of the Company were set forth in the circular of the Company dated 24 April 2020.
