Anhui Black Cat Material Science Co., Ltd. has signed a agreement on July 28, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investors Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Inc.,Ltd and Xiaoyi Xin'an Pigment New Material Co., Ltd. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction has been approved in the 15th meeting of the 7th board of directors of the company.
