The board of directors of Jiangsu NandaSoft Technology Company Limited announced that Ms. Xie Hong has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director, member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the company with effect from 28 April 2017. Her resignation has been accepted by the Board.
