Nanjing State-owned Assets Mixed Reform Fund Co., Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 5.02% stake in Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300339) from Ningbo Hongchuang Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 400 million. Under the transaction, Nanjing State-owned Assets Mixed Reform Fund Co., Ltd. acquires 40 million shares at CNY 10 per share.

Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the provision of software outsourcing services. The Company operates in five segments. The Financial Information segment provides bank application products and solution services, third-party system testing services, as well as property insurance application products and solution services. The Intelligent Power Grid Information segment provides intelligent power grid information products and solution services.
