Jiangsu Cnano Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688116) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 200 million worth of class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 140 per share. The shares purchased will be used for the company's equity incentive plans and/or employee stock ownership plans. The program will be funded out of the company's own funds. The program will be valid till 12 months.
On July 11, 2023, the company announced that after the 2022 profit distribution, the company adjusted the maximum repurchase price from not more than CNY 140 per share to not more than CNY 94.70 per share.
