Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Tech : JNMPT Grand Held 2015 Year-end Summary Meeting (5)

From Jan. 21 to Jan. 23 of 2016, 2015 Year-end Summary Meeting of JNMPT was solemnly held in Jiangnan Business Building. Robert Cao, the president and general manager of JNMPT, along with leaders of each functional department in Headquarter，core management personnel of branches，new employed managerial and technical staff, representative of college students etc. almost 400 persons attended this meeting. Cao Mingfang, the chairman of Jiangyin Molding Group, was invited to attend the meeting.
This meeting is divided into three parts: workshop & report, annual review meeting, dinner party & art show. Participants were classified into five groups discussing the following 5 topics respectively: the rationalization proposal, enterprise culture, work load of branch company staff, system construction (Managers well-disposed, management heartless, and systems unfeeling) and the integration of new staff. Each team member express their opinions and put forward their suggestions on the basis of their job position and actual situation of the company. After two days' heated discussion, each group came out with a summary of their discussion and the team leader made a report.

On the afternoon of Jan. 23, the 2015 annual summary meeting of JNMPT was officially started and shall be presided over by the board secretary Ms. Shan Chenyan. Angelin Ren, the special assistant of general manager made 2015 annual summary report of JNMPT. 'Let's inherit ' fear no hardship, suffering no losses, do a little bit more' enterprise culture, carry forward the spirit of 'diligence, tolerance, continuous improvement', let us struggle for a better tomorrow for JNMPT and ourselves with more firm confidence, more innovation, more sense of ownership.' Chairman Cao from the group commented on the summary report and raised new targets for work in 2016. Then, general manager of each branch company made the annual work summary report of 2015 and the work plan for 2016 one after another. Robert Cao made the closing remarks'JNMPT is faced with a new huge opportunities and challenges. Let's make joint efforts for the next 30 years' prosperity of Jiangyin Molding Group and give a satisfactory answer to the society, shareholders and the employees.
On the night of Jan.23, the art show was held in the employee activity center. Passionate speech and sincere warm toast of Robert Cao brought us to a joyous world and officially kicked off the party. The party is a blend of martial arts, sand painting, song, dance, poetry, and other elements. Laughter and applauds continued in the party full of pleasant and peaceful air. The interactive time of grab a red envelope drawing brought the party to a climax. The party came to a successful conclusion in the warm melody of 'loving each other devotedly'.
Say goodbye to 2015, 2016 will be a brand new start. In the big family of JNMPT, we'll be passionate, go forward hand in hand, love each other, win-win together, build the future.
