Sichuan Huaguan Food Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 70,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 9, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Jiamei Food Packaging (Chuzhou) Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002969). Post capital increase, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 180,000,000 to CNY 250,000,000 and investor will retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of director's of the investor in 26th meeting of the 1st directorate.
Jiamei Food Packaging (Chuzhou) Co.,Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and sales of food and beverage packaging containers and the provision of beverage filling services. The Company's main products include three-piece cans, two-piece cans, aseptic paper packaging, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles. They are mainly applied to packaging of milk- and beverage-based beverages, ready-to-drink tea and other bottled beverages and water. The Company also provides a variety of beverages filling service. The Company operates its businesses primarily within the domestic market.
