(Reuters) - British travel company Jet2 posted a 43% jump in annual profit on Thursday, helped by the popularity of its holiday products and record passenger numbers.

The company said pre-tax profit came in at 529.5 million pounds ($680.94 million) for the year ended March 31, while total passengers flown during the fiscal year grew 9% to 17.7 million.
