JEP Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Lee Sook Wai, Irene as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 8, 2019. She will also be appointed as Chairperson of the Nominating Committee and members of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
