Today, Jelmoli Holding Ltd ("Jelmoli") has successfully executed the
separate listing of Jelmoli and Athris Holding AG ("Athris") and has
thereby completed the implementation of the Strategic Plan (see also
press release from March 27, 2009). Today's share price development
was positive. At close of trading, the combined market capitalization
of Jelmoli, Athris and the Athris put options amounted to
approximately CHF 2.046 billion. This compares to a market
capitalization of Jelmoli of approximately CHF 1.820 billion (+12.4%)
at closing on Friday, March 27, 2009.



Jelmoli will inform in the press conference on the annual results  on
April 28, 2009,  about the performance  in the fiscal  year 2008  and
will provide further detailed information. The inclusion in the Swiss
Real Estate Index and the EPRA Index is expected for summer 2009.
