NEWS RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

JAZZ CLOSES FIRST TRANCHE

Jazz Resources Inc. (JZR: TSX-V) is pleased to report closing the first tranche of $160,000 of the recently announced private placement. Ther is one place and the shares will be held for 4 months till May 7, 2016. A finders fee of 2% is payable on this tranche.

The ship COSCO TIANJIN arrived in Shanghai on January 8, 2016 and transhipment of Jazz's 16 containers of raw ore to Lianyungang is estimated to arrive on January 24, 2016. The expected partial payment (see news Release November 9, 2015) has been received.

Jazz is also in possession of 2016 Property Assessment notices for property owned in the Incommapleaux Valley as follows:

Parcel A Lot 3505	Taxable Value	$29,900
Parcel B Lot 3505	Taxable Value	$29,500
Lot 5942	Taxable Value	$176,100
	Total	$447,100

These landholdings have not been the subject of a news release in the past.

This does not include the 99 lots owned by Jazz in the Camborne Townsite.
