18th January 2013, London: JLT Employee Benefits (JLT) is delighted to announce the appointment of Patrick Gale as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the JLT Employee Benefits Audit Committee.

Mark Wood, CEO, JLT Employee Benefits, said, "Patrick has a wealth of industry and board experience that spans more than 30 years, making him an excellent addition to the JLT Employee Benefits business. His additional responsibilities as Chairman of the Audit Committee reflect our focus on best practice in Governance."

Patrick has served in senior roles in the past for Misys plc, HBOS, Aegon and Just Retirement. Patrick was previously CEO of Sesame and, more recently, Executive Chairman of Positive Solutions and Origin.
