Japan Securities Finance launches handling margin loan business for Osaka Digital Exchange's PTS (Proprietary Trading System).

In response to the launch of standardized margin transactions on Osaka Digital Exchange Co., Ltd.'s PTS from June 27, 2022 (Monday), Japan Securities Finance has decided to begin handling ODX's PTS (Proprietary Trading System) margin loan business from the same date. The Company is committed to contributing to the smooth distribution of securities and fair price formation as well as to the development of the securities market through the implementation of ODX's margin loan business for PTS.

Please note, the impact of these transactions on the Company's business performance is expected to be negligible.
