Notice Regarding Order to Refer Reorganization Plans to Creditors' Resolution

As already announced, we have submitted reorganization plans to the Tokyo District Court on August 30, 2019. We are pleased to announce that today, on September 6, we received an order from the Tokyo District Court to refer the reorganization plans to creditors' resolution. We would like to once again extend our gratitude to all our creditors and those involved in this matter for their understanding and support to our business and the corporate reorganization proceedings.

The court's order provides that the resolution for the reorganization plans shall be conducted through a written vote. The required documents for voting will be delivered to the creditors along with the reorganization plans by the first half of September, and the creditors are kindly requested to return the ballot paper once they receive the documents. The court's order provides that the voting period is set between September 6, 2019, and October 25, 2019 (the ballot paper must reach the Tokyo District Court by, at the latest, the last day of the voting period). The creditors are kindly requested to cast their votes at their earliest convenience. An outline of the reorganization plans will be disclosed on our website at a later date.

We wish to have the Tokyo District Court confirms the reorganization plans based on the understanding and cooperation of the parties concerned so that we can promptly proceed with payments to the creditors according to the reorganization plans.
