Laxus Technologies Inc. announced that it will raise ¥1,400,000,000 equity of funding on January 16, 2017. The transaction will take place through a third party capital increase.
On the same day, Laxus Technologies Inc. closed the transaction. The company raised ¥700,000,000 from Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. (TSE:8518), Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co. Ltd., Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Venture Capital Co., Ltd., SMBC Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Optima Ventures Co., Ltd., three individual shareholders and existing shareholder WiL.
