At ITT, we are committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture to drive customer-centered innovation and attracting dynamic talent. It is a journey that unites us in purpose and is integral to who we are and to our long-term strategy. We are also committed to transparently sharing where we have made progress on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and where we are working to do better. Over the past few years, we have shared data and information in our Sustainability supplements. As part of our 2022 Sustainability Report ‒ due out later this year ‒ we will be sharing additional information highlighting our DEI goals and our progress on key strategies and actions.
