ITALMOBILIARE - MARCO CIPELLETTI CO-OPTED ONTO THE BOARD
Milan, January 27, 2021 - Today's board meeting of Italmobiliare co-opted Marco Cipelletti in accordance with the law and the Company's by-laws. He will remain in office until the next shareholders' meeting.
Marco Cipelletti, the first and only unelected candidate on the minority list presented by RWC Asset Management LLP and Fidelity International at the shareholders' meeting of April 21, 2020, has taken over from Antonio Salerno, who was on the same list, following his resignation, announced on January 21, 2021.
The Board of Directors has ascertained that Marco Cipelletti meets the independence requirements laid down in the Consolidated Law on Finance and the Corporate Governance Code.
