ISDN Holdings Limited Announces Retirement of Soh Beng Keng as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee

ISDN Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Soh Beng Keng will be retiring as an Independent Non-executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. He will step down from his position as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. Reason For Cessation: He was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director on 26 September 2005 and has served as an Independent Non-executive Director for more than 18 years.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 210(5)(d)(iv), a director will not be independent if he has been a director of an issuer for an aggregate period of more than nine years (whether before or after listing).
