FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 27 May 2022 which referred to, inter alia, the declaration of a special dividend, the payment of which is subject to South African Reserve Bank ("SARB") approval. ISA is now able to confirm that SARB approval has been obtained. Accordingly, the salient dates for the special dividend are as follows:
